Resident Information and Forms

Thank you for choosing to rent a property through The Equity Group.  Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services.  Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home or apartment.

 

Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - Noon and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.  If you have an after hours emergency, call our office (559) 732-8800 and follow the after hours instructions.

 

Our goal is to improve our service by offering support and delivering tools that will ease communication between residents and the property management team. You will find online and printable forms below for your convenience.

Rent Billing Questions

Maintenance Request?

 

If you have a maintenance concern please contact our maintenance department at maintenance@equitygroupinc.com

Office hours are 8 am- 5 pm Monday through Friday, closed Noon - 1 pm for lunch


To see a unit, bring a $20 cash, refundable key deposit and photo ID. Keys are allowed out for one hour. No keys given out after 3:30 pm. If unit is not vacant, do not disturb the tenants.

 

We are not responsible for typographical errors. *The Equity Group reserves the right to change the rent or deposit amount on this list at any time. **Vacant does not imply unit is ready for immediate move in.
